Good posture goes a long way in keeping us younger looking and maintaining our bone health, especially as we age.
These tips come from Anne Harding at Health. To stay limber, try to get up for a couple minutes every half hour and stretch, walk, or stand. Stretch by lying on the floor and doing “snow angels”. If you do sit, sit with a good, upright posture, not like our guy below. Do core work, weight work, and try a yoga class, take vitamin D for bone health, and eat calcium rich foods like greens, fish, and almond milk.
