October 15, 2018
I recently took a four day class in CranioSacral Therapy. CranioSacral Therapy is a very gentle hands-on therapy developed by Osteopathic Physician John E. Upledger. CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system – comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.I received treatment in CST for my migraine headaches and find these treatments, along with mineral supplements and eating gluten free, I am having fewer migraines.
I am excited about sharing CranioSacral Therapy with you and from October 16 through November 16, I will offer a special $20 discount on this CranioSacral Therapy. I will be looking for your feedback after your session and I am confident you will request this treatment again. Wear comfortable clothing, no jeans, please.
Sticks and Stones
A new treatment offering called “Sticks and Stones”. Just like the mountain biking trail here in North Conway, this treatment is amazing.
Using warm stones and Bamboo Bliss which is hot bamboo and rosewood tools, this massage melts away tension and flows just like the trail. Cost for the treatment is $90 for 60 minutes and $120 for a 90 minute session.
September 15, 2018, Jen’s Friends Donation
From now through October 30, 2018, I will donate a percentage of all massage sessions to Jen’s Friends Cancer Foundation.
I recently hiked in the 21st Annual Jen’s Friends Climb Against Cancer, a 3 mile hike up Cranmore Mountain, to raise funds for Jen’s Friends. Four of my grandsons hiked with me and we had a wonderful day.
Jen’s Friends is currently assisting 70 families in the Mount Washington Valley in their fight against cancer. Assistance in the form of gas cards, grocery vouchers, utility vouchers and the like, help to take care of the day-to-day obligations. 100% of all donations go directly to helping these families.
I know many people who have benefitted from Jen’s Freinds help, and I believe in the organization. Thank you.
